Creating an account or placing an order on PVALink means you agree to use whatever account or digital good you buy strictly within that listing's own terms — personal or business use, as stated. Every delivered credential is meant for the buyer who purchased it; passing it on or reselling it isn't permitted unless the listing explicitly says otherwise.

USDT deposits go through manual review before the balance lands in your wallet. Once that balance has been spent on a delivered order, it isn't refundable — except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We can suspend accounts caught running fraudulent payments, filing false chargebacks, or abusing the delivery system, without prior notice.
